Louisiana fish fry products have been around a long time and it is many's tradition to use the go-to product. The 1 lb packs are good for 8-10 pounds of crawfish/shrimp and the 4.5 lb packs are good for up to 45 lbs

White Trash Premium Seasoning
The 1 pound packs are good for 10 pounds and the 5 pound 'ers are good for up to 50 pounds of seafood. These local boys have a lot of Cajun history themselves. Jerry is a Birmingham native, Ron invented the Cajun cooker and Ron's dad invented the Cajun Injector! They too have pride in what they do and this boil, free of MSG, has a good balance and blend that will bring success to any boil!
