About Us

Red Knot restaurant is a Gastro Pub serving the general public 7 days a week. The restaurant offers fantastic views of the golf course. The kitchen is headed by longtime Union County resident (and NJ native) Ralph Romano, Executive Chef. The restaurant also features an Express Menu during Lunch Service, Blue Plate Specials, a late night Bar Menu and a terrific A la Carte Brunch menu on Sundays.
