About Us
The Red Caboose Café has been family owned and operated since day one. We have been blessed with a wonderful family to help support the business. Our son Jimmy Weedin has worked on and off for us since he was about fourteen and our daughter Pamela started when she was eleven. Over the years our family has grown and therefore our staff has as well. Our customers have become like a part of our family but there is always room for more. We are grateful to every customer for helping to support our family and business during these hard economic times. It is because of you that we are able to continue to serve the community everyday.
