Elite Athlete training at Raw Strength and Conditioning incorporates a comprehensive approach to performance training. High School and College Prep Training
The High School and College Prep training programs at Raw Strength and Conditioning are designed to deliver individualized, results-oriented training techniques with strength and speed development as well as injury prevention. Raw Strength uses a number of assessment tools to identify strengths and weaknesses in order to target the proper training program and specific areas for improvement. Raw Strength offers training in small group settings as well as one-on-one training attention.

Movement Assessment & Injuy Prevention
Built into every program and assessment that Raw Strength provides is a strong focus on injury prevention. We will make sure that athletes are prepared for the rigors and physicality of their selected sport.

A 7 step screening test used to detect imbalances in the body. This will show mobility issues, strength deficiencies, as well as stability factors.

Tired of traditional boot-camps or workout classes? Raw Strength offers a program that is absolutely the answer for you - Team Training! Each training session is intense, challenging, and a fun way to achieve your personal definition of fitness. All participants will train using the same unconventional methods that Raw Strength coaches implement to develop total body strength, lose body fat, and increase cardiovascular endurance. Each member will receive an individualized program which allows every individual to exercise at his or her level within the group setting. We make sure that every exercise can be customized based on an individual's injury history. Every workout is safe, effective, and fun. We consistently test each member to insure that they are on a program which will provide them with maximal results. Raw Strength will provide RESULTS that stick.
Individual training in a Semi-Private setting. Similar to the Team Training the Personal Training program will provide you with a program that has been designed based on the results of your testing and evaluation protocol as well as your personal fitness goals. From there the coach will work with you closely to insure that your training session is completed with 100% correct technique and effectiveness.
