POWER45-Wear Sneakers
45 Minutes of Strength/cardio intervals... Shorter at 45 minutes, but intense! Burning a ton of calories and revving up the metabolism are a bonus!
Werq Dance Fitness
A fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock and hip hop music! You will burn a ton of calories in this 60 minute class.
Hot Power Yoga
All levels are welcome! This is a challenging class focusing on the mind/body connection and linking breath with movement. A balance of vinyasa style and alignment based yoga to offer the best of both worlds.
Raw Fit
A 60 minute sweat session! Get ready to tone, sculpt and keep your muscles guessing in this one. You will leave with a definite endorphin rush.
Raw Barbell
An hour of strength focusing on all muscle groups! This class will create a lean, sculpted body using the barbell equipment.
Yoga Body Boot Camp
This class combines the best of yoga and strength training. We begin and end as a traditional yoga class does. In the middle, you will go through a series of yoga-based exercises (with and without weights) designed to strengthen your yoga practice as well as give you a workout. You WILL break a sweat here, but you'll also leave with the same "light" feeling you get from yoga. Best of both worlds! (shoes or barefoot class) Your choice!
Raw Hiit
This one hour class of interval training is a combo of high and low heart rates focusing on toning and cardio drills. Wear your sneakers!

One of our most popular classes! A perfect combination of cardio and toning in this hour class to rev up your metabolism. An amazing way to start or finish your day!
Ballet Booty Pilates
No shoes for this class. A great mix of classical Pilates exercises combined with booty, arm and ab work to firm and tone the body.
Core Challenge
6 tracks to 6 pack, this short but intense core workout targets your entire body from shoulders to knees, tightening problem areas while strengthening areas important for injury prevention. We will utilize tubes and weighted plates, and laser focus on form in this class. Wear shoes.
Strength45
This is a 45 minute body sculpting class that will target the arms, legs, abs and buns. A full workout in less than an hour!
