Every day our Chef prepares several specials and daily soup all of which are house-made. We also have a large variety of small plates to go along with your beer choices. What you will not find on our menu is “normal” pub fare. All of our food and sauces are prepared from scratch, nothing from a box or can here. Our chef David Cohen has been a long time resident of the Sunriver area, and recently sold his business, we had the wonderful opportunity to include him on the Rat Hole Team. We make every effort to source locally and regionally, and to offer natural, healthy ingredients to serve all your dietary needs, because we care about you.
