We offer a range of modalities for relaxation as well as therapeutic massage, and anywhere in between! We also customise each session to the clients needs. Come see what we can do for you. *Military active duty, retirees and dependents with proper ID receive the following rates for ANY type of massage: 30 min - $30; 60 min - $45; 90 min - $68; 120 min - $90. Must present proper government issued military ID before session begins.
Relaxation
Swedish Relaxation Massage*
Soothing, gliding Swedish techniques to promote relaxation and circulation. Pressure is generally light to medium, or medium-firm. The addition of essential oil blend (aromatherapy) can enhance the experience. Great for those under a lot of physical, emotional, or mental stress. Truly beneficial for those who have experienced trauma because it introduces safe and healing touch.

Therapeutic
Swedish Deep Tissue Massage *
Swedish techniques (gliding, kneading, compression) with firmer pressure to reach the deeper layers of tissue, releasing stubborn muscle tension and 'knots'. Pressure is always adjusted to suit the clients needs. Just because it's therapeutic doesn't mean it can't be relaxing!

Sports Massage*
For the athlete or physically active person, Sports Massage is great for preventing and relieving sports related injury. Even those who just began a workout regimen can benefit as their muscles are not used to the stress just yet. Techniques include stretching, Myofascial Release, Triggerpoint, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and range of motion exercises, and percussive compressions (tapotement). The goal is to facilitate recovery or prep the tissue for strenuous activity.

Bodywork*
Triggerpoint and Myofascial Release techniques without Swedish Massage techniques. Very little or no oil is used. There may be some discomfort, but these modalities are for healing! Addresses various issues and restrictions in the body, whether it's limited range of motion or mild aches and pains. Manipulation of connective tissues (fascia, tendons, ligaments, scar tissue) as well as muscle fibers. Very good for athletes and those with very active lifestyles.

Rapture Signature Massage*
All of the above! Combination of deep Swedish, Triggerpoint and Myofascial Release techniques to optimize homeostasis, encouraging the body to operate at its best. Addresses various issues whether it's excess muscle tension, limited range of motion or mild aches. Manipulation of connective tissues (fascia, tendon, ligaments, scar tissue as well as muscle fibers. Again, everything is done within your comfort zone.

Prenatal Massage*
For our mommy-to-be clients! Positioning includes face down, side lying and reclining, all with special cushions. Soothing, gliding Swedish techniques to promote relaxation and circulation and reduce soreness and pain specific to pregnancy. Pressure is generally light to medium. This massage makes the amazing nine month journey much more comfortable, especially when it happens on a regular basis!

Medical/Injury Treatment Massage
May be covered by insurance (In network for Aetna, Cigna, and Corvell; out-of-network for Premera) For treatment of specific (diagnosed) injuries and/or pathologies such as: whiplash; torticollis; TMJ dysfunction; carpal tunnel syndrome; rotator cuff impingement; muscle strains or tears; arthritis; thoracic outlet syndrome; spinal deviations or postural issues; herniated or bulging discs; plantar fasciitis; PTSD and other mental health issues; sciatica or piriformis syndrome; recovery from surgery; ...and many more. May be a chronic issue or one that resulted from an incident (i,e. car accidents, sports related injuries, work related injuries, etc). Various techniques used on targeted areas to facilitate healing, based on a doctor's diagnosis. May include stretches, Swedish techniques and bodywork. A doctor's referral or prescription is required. May be billed to insurance. We currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Corvel, car insurance (Personal Injury Protection or 'PIP), and workers' compensation (Labor & Industries or "L&I"). A discount may be applicable for payments made at time of service. Please inquire.
