Our menu is created by Chef/Owner Justin "Gus" Bays and prepared fresh from scratch every day by he and his culinary team. The open kitchen allows a great view of our rotating wood-fired brick oven, pizza doughs flying through the air, as well as providing an opportunity to see your whole meal being prepared.

Radius Brewing Company is a full-service restaurant as well as the town’s first brewery since prohibition. The regular menu includes artisan-style appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and soups as well as wood-fired brick-oven pizzas. After 5pm the Chef’s Menu, which rotates weekly, is available. It typically features fresh seafood, steaks, pastas, and creative appetizers. All of this is complemented with our own line of craft beers which are brewed right in the middle of the dining room. A full bar with wine, bloody mary, and martini lists is also available for those who prefer something other than beer.
