Queso Blanco Mexican Restaurant in Westfield, Indiana, in October of 2007. While there were several Mexican restaurants in Westfield, we saw a need for Mexican food with an authentic homemade flavor, as if you were dining with friends in Mexico. A plate can be made with your knowledge, or it can be made with your heart. When we come in and say, “this will be the best plate I have ever served,” we get compliments from our customers.
