Stone‐Baked Pizza
Dough and sauce are made fresh daily. Fresh dough is stretched and tossed to a perfect Neapolitan style crust, topped with premium fresh ingredients, and baked on traditional stone tiles at 600°F. We are happy to stretch the dough to a NY-style thin crust, upon request. Due to the high heat of the over, we recommend a single topping pizza in this style to ensure proper cooking
