Warm Bamboo Massage
This unique massage involves using heated bamboo rods of various sizes to knead and roll out knots and relax tense muscles. Warm Bamboo Synergy Massage combines the traditional benefits of massage along with the comforting qualities of heat. It is the perfect massage to counter the effects of stress, tension and lack of rest. The bamboo pieces are specially designed and treated to be the perfect tools for massage. Warm Bamboo is also very useful for people who prefer deeper pressure; the bamboo can be leveraged easily for more pressure when requested.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage uses smooth, heat retaining black volcanic stones. The stones are placed on the body to relax tight muscles, as well as used to massage in much the same way as the Relaxation Massage uses hands. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat helps tight muscles release, and gives the body an overall warm, relaxed sensation. Especially great for the winter months!

Massage Lessons encourage people to bring healing touch into their daily lives. The massage techniques taught offer a great way for people to unwind and reconnect at the end of a long day. The lessons include both instruction and hands on experience. Thus each person will both give and receive massage.

Chair Massage is great for quick tension relief during a busy day, as sessions are usually between 5-20 minutes. Arms, back, neck and hands can all be worked during chair massage. Clients remain fully clothed while receiving chair massage.
Spa Foot Treatment
Great foot relief. The treatment is 30 minutes or 1 hour long and consists of: vibrating foot bath, exfoliation, detoxification, wrap and massage. When complete it is common to feel like "you are walking on air".

A rejuvenating, energizing foot detox. Soak your feet in a warm foot bath with a specially designed ionic device in the center which ionizes the water.
