Most gyms charge $60 per session or more for personal training. That's insane! Your private sessions are customized to your needs and fitness level at our newly-renovated 4,000 sq. ft. private, clean, modern gym.
BodyBlast Small Group Training
Exercise AND have fun in a friendly, small group atmosphere! Our high-energy morning, mid-morning and evening classes average 50 minutes long and are guaranteed to get you in the best shape of your life. We use kettle bells, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, TRX and other great tools in a fast-paced, timed program. All fitness levels are welcome.
Yoga
Enter our 1,400 sq. ft. candle-lit yoga sanctuary, unfurl your mat onto the beautiful wood floors, exhale deeply and enjoy the best yoga classes in South Florida. Our brand-new yoga studio, opened in May 2014, is still one of Fort Lauderdale's best-kept secrets... but not for long! We offer both traditional and Hot Yoga classes as well as private one-on-one yoga sessions. All of our classes are suitable for first timers and experienced yogis.
Poz Fitness
Fitness is important for the good health of all individuals, but for those with compromised immune systems caused by HIV, a fitness regimen is essential. What is the BodyBlast 3.0 program?
Now in its third year, BodyBlast 3.0 is a revolutionary and extremely effective fitness and nutrition program created by Push Fitness to burn fat and build lean muscle over a 12week period. It requires a commitment to attend two, three or four weekly private oneonone training sessions OR small group training classes weekly.
Who exactly is the BodyBlast 3.0 program for?
This program is for men and women aged 18-65 who have at least 8 pounds of excess weight to lose and who want significant, measurable fitness results in just 12 weeks. If you want your best body, best performance and best health, this is the scientific system for achieving it. You are welcome to tell your spouse or a friend about this program and have them apply as well.
I haven't exercised in years but realize i need help to get in shape. Will i be able to do this program?
Yes, absolutely. All exercises are scalable, meaning you perform at a level that's comfortable and within your ability. We particularly welcome men and women aged 45plus.
How do the BodyBlast classes work?
Fun, highenergy classes are scheduled daily Monday through Saturday with morning and evening time slots available for busy professionals who can only attend before or after work. We use an easy online reservation system for you to buy and book your classes ahead of time. Classes average 50 minutes long and are restricted to a maximum 8 people so the coach can easily provide lots of individual attention. The program is built around a specific series of exercises aimed at increasing strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health. The end result is an increase in metabolism, allowing the fat to drop off quickly.
What kind of result can i expect 1n 12 weeks?
This will be based on your specific goals. We will spend time in your consultation determining exactly how aggressive you want to be. If you choose oneonone private training, your program will be highly customized. With your commitment and our coaching, instruction and accountability, you can expect substantial, dramatic, transformational results.
How will my progress be tracked?
Prior to, or at our first meeting, a fitness evaluation will be made and your body fat and weight will be recorded using our Omron metabolic testing equipment so we have baseline data on you. As the 12week fitness program progresses, your nutrition and exercise regimen will be closely monitored. We will hold you accountable to it - this is how radical and rapid results are produced. If you encounter obstacles, we will show you how to overcome them. Transformation is guaranteed with this high level of accountability and precise, personalized fitness and nutrition programming.
