Aerial Yoga Advanced- (Non Heated) Experience Necessary

Aerial Yoga Advanced classes will move more deeply into increasingly challenging poses, backbends, splits and aerial strength poses which will require flexibility, strength and body awareness. While assists will be given in this class, students should be able to invert comfortably and require no aid in successfully completing flips. Every class ends with a 10-15 minute savasana where you'll be cocooned in your hammock, suspended in air, fully supported, surrounded by soothing music, and maybe even tucked in with a blanket. *Aerial Yoga Advanced is for aerial students with 5 or more of Aerial Yoga Basics. (or have permission of the instructor), be very comfortable with inversions and require no assistance for flips. 250lb weight limit. No shows and class cancellations made less than 8 hours before the scheduled class will either be charged $14.00 or lose the class on a class pack. Class begins exactly on time so late-comers will not be permitted once class commences.
