Morning Slow Flow | Open
Need to clear and center your mind for the day? This class allows you to wake up the body and gently move through each fiber of your being. We will begin with a gentle warm up, allowing the body to accept all the practice has to offer. We will transition into a wakeful vinyasa practice to help our bodies prepare for the day. Classes will vary in focus between standing, twisting, hip opening, and back bending asanas. While this is an open level class, open to yogis of all experience levels, if you have never taken yoga before then it is recommended to partake in one of our wonderful beginner level classes first.
Breath Flow | Open
Prana means "breath" or "life force", while Ayama translates as "to extend or draw out." Together, the two translate to "breath extension or control". The focus of the breath, or pranayama, is integral to our yoga practice. In this breath flow class, we will vary from posture to posture with the focus being on the power of the breath. Various types of pranayama will be used in this class to help warm, cool, calm, or excite the body depending on the chosen asana or flow. Guidance will be offered for each type of breath and asana performed. While this is an open level class, open to yogis of all experience levels, if you have never taken yoga before then it is recommended to partake in one of our wonderful beginner level classes first.
Restorative | Open
Restorative yoga is one of the best practices of yoga! It is the perfect way to allow the body to reset to its natural state of blissful being. We will find relaxing & restorative yoga asanas with the support of lots of props: blankets, bolsters, and blocks. Modifications will be offered for all postures to make every pose accessible to everyBODY. This class is open to students of all levels, even new yogis!
Intro to Intermediate | Intermediate
Have you been practicing yoga for a while, yet not sure if you're ready for an intermediate class? Do you have a movement background in ballet, dance, gymnastics, etc. and believe yoga will help your talents and spirit grow? If so, this class is for you! In our new Intro to Intermediate class, we will begin to explore more intermediate postures while offering safe, alternative options to accommodate all yoga bodies. We will follow a vinyasa flow format as we build on to the asanas in difficulty and skill. While this is an open level class, open to yogis of all experience levels, if you have never taken yoga before then it is recommended to partake in one of our wonderful beginner level classes first.
Cool Evening Yin | Open
This class will calm the mind and cool the body with the deep, meditative practice of Yin Yoga. While the mind settles down, stretches are performed that are slow, deep, & long. We will hold poses longer so the connective tissues lengthen gently, allowing for greater movement in our joints and muscles, helping to generate greater flexibility in our bodies. As our muscles relax, the fascia of the body begins to loosen and lengthen as well, resulting in optimal We will end with a blissful savasana. This class is open to students of all levels, even new yogis!
A.M. Power Flow | Open
Enjoy a more athletic approach to yoga with a faster pace and challenging sequence that builds heat, stamina, lean muscle mass, and increased flexibility. Non-traditional music is used during this practice to bring more energy to the sequences. This yoga practice is at a quick pace, 1-3 breaths per pose, so you should have an established practice. Cardio and strength training is incorporated throughout. Classes will follow a four-week interval schedule that will include core, leg, arm, and back strength. Embrace your inner power and build your strength! While this is an open level class, open to yogis of all experience levels, if you have never taken yoga before then it is recommended to partake in one of our wonderful beginner level classes first.
Grounded Earth Flow | Open
This class will be based around the use of essential oils, so please be aware that any sensitivities to certain types of oils should be considered before attending this class. Class will begin with the use of a grounding oil to help focus and ground the body for practice. As we begin to flow, a more invigorating oil will be offered to enhance our mind/body awareness as we energetically move through practice. Transitioning to cool down, an aligning and balancing oil will be offered to release the body into more relaxing postures. For savasana and mediation, a harmonious and meditative oil will be used to bring our senses to peace. All oils used during each practice will compliment each other for a well-rounded pleasantry of the senses. We will use Simply Earth oils for this practice, as they are of high quality and 100% pure! While this is an open level class, open to yogis of all experience levels, if you have never taken yoga before then it is recommended to partake in one of our wonderful beginner level classes first.
Yang II Yin | Open
This class is a sweet blend of flow and yin. The first half of class uses a breath-based vinyasa flow to build strength and flexibility, challenging your balance and concentration, and harnessing that energy to promote inner stillness and peace. The other half of class finds you down on the mat holding yin poses for longer periods of time, targeting the connective tissues of the body to help release deeply stored tension, To end, we will offer a blissful savasana. The two styles together are amazingly transformative. While this is an open level class, open to yogis of all experience levels, if you have never taken yoga before then it is recommended to partake in one of our wonderful beginner level classes first.
Flow | Beginner
This flow class builds on the beginner-level alignment class offered each week. We will take the chosen asana and incorporate it into our flow. We will begin class by warming and opening the body before performing invigorating flows. As we transition through various flows, we will incorporate similarly-based asanas to obtain our peak pose. As we reach the peak pose, we will flow through it various times, adding on in technique. Props will be used to assist all bodies. Class will transition to a generous cool down, loosening and releasing the body and mind from our physical practice. While it is recommended to partake in the alignment class to deepen your practice and knowledge, it is not required. This class is perfect for the first-time yogi, and is highly recommended for any new yogi before participating in an open level class.
Gentle | Beginner
This class is for yogis interested in a slower paced class or those recovering from an injury. Simple postures will primarily be performed on the floor, while occasionally doing easy and gentle standing flows for short periods. The use of props is frequently used. The purpose of gentle yoga is to allow the mind to connect with the body in each breath and each movement in a relaxing and noticeable way. Prenatal yogis are also welcome! This class is open to students of all levels, even new yogis!
Full Corn Moon
Moon Salutations are a flowing yoga practice designed to draw the energy of the body, mind and heart, inward to a more reflective nature honoring the energy of the full moon. This moon in September is called the Corn Moon. This full Moon corresponds with the time of harvesting corn. It is also called the Barley Moon, because it is the time to harvest and thresh the ripened barley.The name is from the old/ classic Farmers Almanac. In this class we will combine the Moon Salutation sequence with mantras, meditations and restorative and yin postures. We will guide you into deep relaxation to clear the mind and calm the soul. It is a time to heal and reflect on all the beauty within us and around us. This will become a monthly event. This is a 90 minute class.

Aerial Yoga | Open
This Aerial Yoga class takes your yoga practice off the mat and into the air; helping to develop upper body and core strength. This is a 75 minute class. In this class you will develop the basic skills to further explore the intersection of traditional yoga and aerial fitness. The flow will be similar to a mat based yoga class, enlivening the whole body, engaging the breath and calming the mind. Bring your yoga practice to new heights as you fly in ways you never thought possible! We will also present some ways to use the aerial hammocks in a restorative practice as well. Come ready to have some yoga fun! Please come 10 minutes early to find a fabric that fits your body & bring a t-shirt to wear. No jewelry please! You may "drop-in" this class but it is preferred that you sign up ahead of time since space is limited! there are only 7 hammocks available. We need at least 24 hours notice of cancelation please, otherwise you will be charged for the class.
Revive to Restore | Open
The best of both worlds can be found in this yoga class. The first half of class will lead you through a creative vinyasa sequence to open the channels of your body and revive your soul. The second half of class will consist of gentle and restorative poses to calm and ground the mind and spirit. This class is the perfect way to end your night and bring balance to yourself. You will leave feeling empowered; yet relaxed! Morning Hatha | Open
Hatha Yoga is the physical practice of yoga. The Sanskrit word 'yoga' means to link, or join together. Linking the deliberate movement of the body to the deliberate movement of the breath is what constitutes Hatha Yoga. In Sanskrit, the word Hatha also means "ha / tha" or "sun / moon". The asana practice is intended to balance these opposites by stretching tight areas, strengthening weak areas, and finding balance & strength. We will work to link the breath with movement as we flow through class. While this is an open level class, open to yogis of all experience levels, if you have never taken yoga before then it is recommended to partake in one of our wonderful beginner level classes first.
Hot Power Hour | Intermediate
This class is for the strong, energetic yogi! After a brief warm up, we will transition into a fast-paced flow that incorporates our breath and movement as one synergetic unit. Emphasis will be on core strength as well as performing an energizing flow to heat the body, invigorate the soul, and destress the mind. Many vinyasa's and intermediate-level postures will be offered, allowing the body to experience a range of strength and flexibility like none other. The room will be heated to 85-88F. This class is of intermediate level, so a yoga practice or movement background of 1 year is preferred before attending. If you are brand new to yoga or still new to yogic practice, it is highly recommended to participate in one of our beginner or open level classes first.
T.G.I.F. | Open
Thank Goodness It's Friday! TGIF yoga incorporates a little flow, a little work, and a little rest all in the best hour to end your week! A short warm up followed by an invigorating flow helps to energize the body and destress from your week. A nice cool down and yummy savasana assists you to "let go" of anything extra holding you back from your weekend! While this is an open level class, open to yogis of all experience levels, if you have never taken yoga before then it is recommended to partake in one of our wonderful beginner level classes first.
Community Yoga Class
This is an All Levels 60 minute yoga class. We are inviting the Greenville Community to join us for yoga, especially if you have never tried a yoga class before. This is a basic All Levels yoga class of the not "hot & sweaty" kind, but it may challenge you to move and stretch in new ways. Beginners are welcome here! The cost of this class is $5 come and enjoy a yoga class! Space is limited to 20, please sign up online or just walk in for a class.
Dharma Wheel Workshop
Dharma yoga wheels are circular shaped yoga props that helps open the front of the body, assists advanced yoga postures, enhances flexibility and rolls and massages the spine. Use of the wheel on the legs opens the hip flexors, hamstrings and helps aid in attaining hanuman or splits pose. The yoga wheel also provides deep heart opening and supported backbends. Move deeper in your postures, challenge your balance and open your heart. This two hour workshop will safely provide several postures using the wheel to open and stretch the body. We will be practicing lunges with the wheel, heart openers, and some inversions! The cost for this class is $30 Sign-Up today!
Meditation
This class is every Sunday Evening and will introduce you to the silence between your thoughts, the gap. We'll teach you some basics of the breath, how that will help to quiet the mind, we'll do a bit of mindful yoga movement as well as a discussion of the Yoga Sutras and then guide you thru 15 minutes or so of stillness in meditation. No mats required. This is a 60 minute class & it's FREE! but we are asking a donation at the door to help feed the local soup kitchen. Please give what you can..... 3 thank you!
Candlelight Yin - Restorative | Open
The perfect way to end the weekend and prepare for the coming week… candlelight meditation helps to relax the body, mind, and spirit, while opening the soul to what there is to come from this class. Incorporated will be restorative and yin postures to help relax the muscles, gently release the fascia of the body, and restore the mind to its natural and undisturbed state. Experience zen and tranquility for 60 minutes in this class open to all yogis. This class is open to students of all levels, even new yogis!
Alignment | Intermediate
We believe that alignment is key to a safe and effective physical yoga practice. In this alignment based class, we will focus on a specific asana of intermediate to advanced level. Class will begin by opening the necessary channels of the body to obtain the chosen asana. Performing warm-up postures and warming the body will assist us as we transition towards the specific asana. We will perform the peak asana in various ways using props and modifications. Incorporated will also be variations of the chosen asana so that we may experience the asana in all its forms. A generous cool down to relax the body will be offered. This class is of intermediate level, so a yoga practice or movement background of 1 year is preferred before attending. If you are brand new to yoga or still new to yogic practice, it is highly recommended to participate in one of our beginner or open level classes first.
Flow | Open
Our new open flow class is open to yogis of all experience levels! A gentle warm up will help prepare the body as we move into a flow practice. Practice will consist of hip opening, balancing, backbending, and forward folding postures of all difficulty levels, however modifications will be offered for newer yogis. We will slowly and mindfully transition from one asana to the next. By cooling the body down after our flow, we are allowing the body and mind to restore to its fluid and natural state of calm. A nice, cozy savasana will be offered. This class is open to students of all levels, even new yogis!
Alignment | Beginner

Join us for a hot flow practice that is both energetic & powerful. We will move and flow to recharge our batteries and cleanse the body as we sweat it all out in our heated studio environment. The room will be gentle heated to 85-88F. Postures will be available to students of all levels while offering modifications and props to increase or decrease difficult of each asana. Please bring a towel and your yoga mat! While this is an open level class, open to yogis of all experience levels, if you have never taken yoga before then it is recommended to partake in one of our wonderful beginner level classes first.
