We are Sheridan's locally owned, 24 hour, full service fitness and health club. Our goal is to be more than just a place where you have a membership to exercise. We want to contribute a positive force in your life and your fitness.
Enjoy your own workout while experiencing CardioVision on our treadmills, ellipticals and bikes as well as streaming music throughout the club.
A full line of cable equipment, free weights and racks are included to accomodate all levels of lifters.
