Purify I
7:00 am - 8:00 am, Instructor: Stephanie. Purify is a 60 minute series that uses 40 detoxifying and strengthening postures in a consistent sequence within a warm room. Its great for all practitioners and builds a strong foundation for a variety of yoga practices. Purify will help you learn to create balance between your physical body, your mind, and your energy.

Pure Yin Yoga
10:45 am - 11:45 am, Instructor: Brenda. Yin Yoga is a quiet and slow practice appropriate for all levels of experience. The poses are held longer with an emphasis on stretching the fascia and connective tissue, being present and letting go. The practice allows for stretching and lengthening the dense connective tissue of the lower back, hips and spine. Yin yoga seeks to free the joints, release tension and improve the flow of energy. It's the perfect compliment to your Power/Vinyasa practice.

We would like to make this the biggest outdoor yoga class in Stillwater History so invite your friends and family. This is an all levels class. Join in the fun!
