Processing and Grade: Washed Process, Organic, Direct Trade Flavor Notes: Honey and Harvest Spice Tactile Notes: Medium Body Roaster Notes: Finca Churupampa is located in the Chirinos, San Ignacio region of Northern Peru. Started in 2011 as a family farm, it has since grown to include hundreds of producing members. The organization seeks to improve both quality of life for the farmers in their community and the quality of the coffee they produce. They do this by promoting sustainable agricultural practices, environmental care, and planting of high-quality coffee varieties. We are proud of our Direct Trade relationship with Finca Churupampa; our team has visited and stayed on the coffee farm, learning from the producers themselves. This has become our most popular coffee and acts as our equivalent to our "House Roast" .
