Pure Barre Classic is a full-body workout that uses isometric movements to fatigue each muscle group. The class will focus on your core, arms, thighs and seat. Our movements in Pure Barre Classic are small (most of the time just an inch!) but they will produce big results. You will see muscle tone and definition in as soon as 5 classes!
Pure Empower is a cardio-centric that builds strength and endurance using a longer range of motion, plyometrics and dynamic movements. The class utilizes wrist/ankle weights, light hand weights and a 6-inch plyometric box. You will break a sweat in this class, so remember to bring a towel!
