Executive chef Tony Liu mans the kitchen, serving antipasti, insalate, pizze, and al forno dishes. Highlights include made-to-order focacce, salads onpizza bianca, fresh homemade pastas, and flavor-packed roasted meats and fish. The pizze, made with Balthazar Bakery’s “mother” dough, are baked in a wood-burning oven, which gives them their crisp-yet-chewy crust.
