Follow the Classical Mat sequence in this all levels mat class. All you need is a mat and space to lie flat along with sideways with the ability to kick forward and back. All levels.
Online Reformer on the Mat
This class takes the traditional Reformer choreography to the mat. All you need is a mat and room to move. Optional light weights may be used.
Online Mat w/ Band
This Pilates Mat based class uses a Thera Band/ Dyna Band/ SPRI Band.. . whatever long band you have!! You need a mat, a band, and some room to move. All levels are welcome.
This class if for Three students with one instructor. Share your session with your friends!!
Online Mat w/ Magic Circle
This class takes our traditional mat class and adds the circle for extra work and stretch. All you need is a Magic Circle, a mat and room to move! All levels.
This is a session with two students and one instructor. All done virtually. all you need is a mat and space to move!
This Trio will be a multilevel trio and will use apparatus ranging from reformer, cadillac, chairs, arc barrels, mat, magic circle, etc.... Participants must have taken at least 3 private apparatus sessions before registering for this class.
Online Mat w/ Weights
This class incorporates light weights with a regular mat class along with having intervals of weights sitting, kneeling and standing. You will need a set of light weights either 1, 2, or 3 pounds and a mat with room to move.
Online Beginner Mat
This class is designed for someone totally new to pilates along with anyone who might want to work on foundational work, or who may need modifications. All you need is a mat and room to move!
Online Barre Workout
All you need for this class is a counter, high backed chair, or something that you can use like a ballet barre for balance. You will also do floor work so a mat and space to lie on the floor is needed. Light weights may also be used as an option. All levels welcome.
Mat for Tight Bodies
Work on lengthening those tight hamstrings and low back muscles with our mat and stretch exercises. Some props like a yoga block, or pillow will be used. All levels.
Online Spin 30 Min
This class uses a Spin/ Peloton/ etc... whatever spin bike you have!! 30 min of solid cardio!!
Online TRX/ Mat
This class uses the TRX apparatus for traditional standing TRX exercises along with pilates based exercises on the mat. TRX straps, a mat, and room to move are needed!
Online Mat w/ Foam Roller
This class uses the Foam Roller to strengthen and lengthen all the muscles of the body. You will need a Foam Roller, a mat, and room to lie flat on the floor. All levels
Online Reformer Apparatus Class
This class requires a Reformer and some reformer experience.
This class requires a Wunda Chair and a mat. Some experience required.
Online Adv. Teacher's Class
This class is for certified instructors/ teachers of the method who work at an advanced mat level and want to flow!!!
Online Pilates for Youth
This class is 30 min and perfect for the tween/ teen age group. All they need is a mat and some room to move... all levels welcome!
