Blah Blah Blah by 21st Amendment Brewery, ABV 7.75, IBU 68
Blah Blah Blah IPA is a maltier, amber-colored take of the traditional IPA. We hopped this ale a bit differently than we normally do with most of the hops being added at different times very late in the boil for a full hop
Orange Splash Lager by Anchor Brewing, ABV 5.2
For Giants Orange Splash Lager, we wanted to create something as unique and special as the Giants themselves. We did this by combining a blend of Pale 2-Row, Caramel, and Patagonia Malts with Apollo, Bravo, and experimental hops. Giants Orange Splash Lager boasts a perfect balance of flavor. The finish is crisp and refreshing, complemented by the lingering bitterness from hops and zest.

Abita Root Beer by Abita Brewing Co
Abita Root Beer is made with a hot mix process using spring water, herbs, vanilla and yucca (which creates foam). Unlike most soft drink manufacturers, Abita sweetens its root beer with pure Louisiana cane sugar. The resulting taste is reminiscent of soft drinks made in the 1940s and 1950s, before bottlers turned to corn sugar and fructose. Some soft drink makers add caffeine to their product, but Abita is naturally caffeine-free. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an old-fashioned root beer float. Abita Root Beer can also be used in cooking to create delicious glazes and sauces as well as cakes and other desserts, or you can keep it simple – just pour it into a frosty mug and slurp loudly through a straw.
Boont Amber Ale by Anderson Valley Brewing, ABV 5.8, IBU 16
Balance is what makes our Boont Amber Ale so unique: rich, crystal malts give this beer a deep copper hue and contribute a slight caramel sweetness while the herbal, spicy bitterness from carefully selected whole-cone hops impart a crisp, clean finish. Hints of sun toasted grain, toffee, and fruity esters compliment the mellow, noble hop aroma.
Big Eye IPA by Ballast Point Brewing, ABV 7, IBU 71
Our Big Eye IPA is a big hoppy brew, thanks to the abundance of American Columbus and Centennial varieties we use to flavor and dry hop. While the English originally added extra hops to preserve their beers for sea travel, we do it for the love of all that bold, intense flavor that makes India Pale Ale one of our favorite styles.
Petrus Aged Pale by Bavik-De Brabandere, ABV 7.3
Aged? This is the 'mother beer, ' used in various quantities to blend with the other Petrus beers, and to give them their unique and very distinctive taste. Chocolate Stout by Bison Brewing, ABV 5, IBU 20
The Original Chocolate Stout, brewed with Peruvian cocoa. Like Barry White's voice in a bottle, Bison's Chocolate Stout is a dark, slow-pouring aphrodisiac of the smoothest proportions. Rich and roasty with charismatic flavors of dark chocolate and espresso, and creamy, dry finish.
Kermit the Hop by Bison Brewing, ABV 8.5, IBU 80
It isn't always easy being green. Sexy organic hops aren't easy to come by. This year, we scored hella' Organic Simcoe® and finally brewed our very first Double IPA. With over 3 lbs of hops per barrel, Kermit The Hop is bright, citrusy and palate-wreckingly bitter. Resinous pine coats the tongue and reluctantly gives way to grapefruit and a grassy bitterness that stays at the back of the tongue for days. Drinking green never tasted this good.
Deux Amis by Brasserie Dupont and The Lost Abbey, ABV 7
Brewed in Belgium using techniques perfected over almost a hundred years, Deux Amis receives its decidedly state-side flavor from the addition of American Amarillo and Simcoe hops. Passion Fruit Kicker by Green Flash Brewing Co., ABV 7.7, IBU 42
We were trying to brew a low IBU (international bittering unit) white IPA, if you will, with the intention of adding passion fruit purée, post-fermentation. We wanted to utilize an experimental hop that would complement the passion fruit that we'd use later. We added mostly late additions of this experimental hop varietal in order to provide a nice tropical fruit aroma while keeping the IBUs in the 40-ish range. Then we headed to Stone Farms to source some passion fruit. The passion fruit we found there was mind-blowing in all aspects. After cutting open the fresh fruit and tasting the beautiful, bright orange seed-peppered juice we all had ear-to-ear smiles and knew this would be perfect for the beer. We juiced the fruit and headed to the brewery to make up some different blends. We also added some Protégé Savauge, our White IPA aged in Chardonnay barrels with Brettanomyces. The result was a beer that had an amazing orange yellow color with a touch of tartness and an incredible amount
