Founded in 1975, Potomac Village Deli & Catering offers a unique combination of the finest local products and the finest New York products found anywhere. We serve bagels from our sister company Bagels ’n Grinds. This facility is equipped with a proprietary water treatment process that duplicates the water flowing into the New York area, which is responsible for many of the incredible bakery and deli products unique to that region. Many of our products, including our smoked fish, are delivered frequently from New York to offer you the finest and freshest delicatessen items this side of the Hudson River. Our cheese steaks are prepared using rib eye that we slice on premises, not the frozen chip steak served by most sub shops, and our ground beef is 100% certified Angus Beef. Some of the items you will find at Potomac Village Deli & Catering are hand-sliced lox, meats cooked on premises, homemade salads and freshly ground coffee. Some of the items you will not find are ground beef with added soy protein, instant potatoes and canned or frozen vegetables.
