Beginner - Build the Foundation. 45min. No one left behind! This is a pole tutorial class. Learn BASIC pole dance transitions and basic spins. Great for beginners and those that want a slow steady pace to progress through their learning curve. If you are nervous about learning pole this class will put your mind at ease and help you build confidence and strength in the skill of pole. Suitable for all ages (18+) and all sizes. ONE PERSON PER POLE...NO SHARING to keep you practicing at your pace. No Experience Necessary. Wear workout clothes and bare feet.
Multi-level - Pole Conditioning. 45min. Join us for a fitness based pole dance workout that will improve muscular endurance, coordination, core strength and flexibility incorporating pole dancing moves with strength training drills (Tricks will NOT be taught) according to each individuals level. We add a fun fitness twist that will help you melt the fat away! ONE PERSON PER POLE...NO SHARING to keep the calories burning! NOTE: There will be NO intricate TRICKS taught in this class, only basic and grounded spins suitable for everyone to build strength and technique. No Experience Necessary. Wear workout clothes and bare feet.
Multi-level - Learn to get sexy in heels. 45min. Transitions & Movement Integration (T.M.I.) teaches you the art of sensual dance that focuses on transitions, floor work, sensual movement and flow all with the use of your sexy heels (High Heels are OPTIONAL but encouraged). This is a great way to build stability and flow of movement to create well rounded routines. ONE PERSON PER POLE. No Experience Necessary - Please note this class does not include any PoleTRICKS it is strictly a dance class that will turn up the HEAT! Wear workout clothes and bare feet or High Heels.
Offered 1st Sunday of every month at 11am. Multi-level - Conditioning with a some hot choreography. 45min. This class teaches you the art of the Lap Dance with a fitness twist. We also include the art of sensual dance and how to work the pole, floor or wall and move your body with grace and passion...all about transitions and the art of dance...NO Pole Tricks. Improve muscle tone, great abs and flexibility! Great class for those working to perfect their dance skills or those not ready to lift onto a pole yet. NO Pre-requisite Required. Wear workout clothes and bare feet.
ShowFIT (Offered during Recital Season Only)
Multi-level - Learn a fully choreographed routine. 45min. Learn what it's like to perform and feel the cardio and muscle endurance it takes to dance through a complete choreographed routine. This class is offered during our "Revolution Recital" Season. You will be taught the Group routine for the FIT and FLY Student Performances. Whether you choose to perform at our recital November 16th is up to you but we promise you will have a blast and feel the burn. We will also assist with student solo routines when time is available. Mandatory Requirement of at least (4) Pole classes of any type. Barefoot or High Heels optional.
Multi-level - Stretch & Massage those muscles...Added at the end of select classes. 15min. Get your mind out of the gutter...S&M stands for Stretch & Massage (Miofascial Release). The miofascial release approach is a form of soft tissue therapy used to treat somatic dysfunction and resulting pain and restriction of motion. This soft tissue can become restricted due to overuse, trauma or inactivity, often resulting in pain, muscle tension, and corresponding diminished blood flow. In this class we will work on flexibility, joint stability and miofascial release which is accomplished by relaxing contracted muscles, increasing circulation and lymphatic drainage, and stimulating the stretch reflex of muscles and overlying fascia through a variety of methods. This is not your ordinary stretch class...it's intense but you'll feel amazing!
Multi-level - Work that core and rebuild your body. 45min. Learn Pilates on the pole. We are able to mimic common exercises performed on the Pilates Reformer and Cadillac equipment and translate it to the pole. You must experience it to appreciate this amazing workout. You will build stability, core strength and overall balance and flexibility.
Multi-level. 45min. Tone and lengthen your limbs while building strength, balance, flexibility and grace through traditional ballet conditioning exercises. Using the pole and combining basic ballet choreography to help polish dance skills and coordination for all levels.
Multi-level - Condition, Power, Cardio...it's fun to hit something! 45min. Get ready from a super charged calorie burn while you kick and punch your way to a better body through Cardio kickboxing, Circuit and Interval training using heavy bags, and plyometrics. Wear workout clothes and tennis shoes (Boxing Wraps recommended). Wear Tennis Shoes.
BOOT CAMP - Multi-level - Total Body Workout...Shed the Fat! 60 min. Work with a Certified Trainer in a Small Group Setting on a 4-week program to REACH YOUR FITNESS GOALS...weight loss, muscle tone, stability, strength & endurance. Athletic Workouts for all levels. Poles may be used as a safe option for all levels from obese/inactive - lean/active. Pair our BOOT CAMP class with any of our other FIT and/or FLY classes for a well rounded program sure to help you reach your fitness goals. Wear Tennis Shoes.
OPEN Pole - Available to Active Students ONLY
Once you have completed 4+ PoleTRICKS classes you are welcome to attend OPEN Pole. You know the saying "Practice Makes Perfect"... This open pole time allows you to apply what you have learned. There will be a trained instructor in the building but there will be NO instruction and we REQUIRE you DO NOT attempt tricks you have not been okayed to do without a spot. OPEN POLE is FREE to students on an active package of 4 classes or more.

FLY Classes - POLE DANCE
Experienced Beginner - High Intermediate. 60min. Learn tricks, transitions, & skills that will challenge your entire body. Get technical breakdowns, demos, spotting assistance and feedback of pole spins, climbs & beginning inverts beyond the basics taught in our FIT classes. This class focuses on singular tricks and some beginner 2 move combos. Develop the skills that are sure to heat up the room. ONE PERSON PER POLE…We will progress each individual based on their abilities. We ask that you have done at least basic spins (Attend Essential PoleFIT/PoleFIT) before starting the PoleTRICKS INTRO program. Private Group Classes can be at any level and scheduled with a minimum of 4 people...Call for details.
Intermediate - Low Advanced. 60min. Learn tricks, transitions, & skills that will challenge your entire body. Get technical breakdowns, demos, spotting assistance and feedback of intermediate pole spins, climbs, inverts including multiple combinations of tricks beyond the tricks taught in PoleTRICKS INTRO. Develop the skills to build routines that are sure make jaws drop! ONE PERSON PER POLE…We will progress each individual based on their abilities. We ask that you are comfortable with Spins, Climbing the pole and basic inverts (Attend PoleTRICKS INTRO & PoleFIT Classes) before attending the PoleTRICKS program. PoleTRICKS - Co-Ed
Experienced Beginner - High Intermediate. 60min. Same as our PoleTRICKS class but this class welcomes BOTH Men & Women. While the FIT class program at PoleFIT Revolution is Co-Ed we do only allow Men in our PoleTRICKS classes unless it is listed as Co-Ed.
Low - High Intermediate. 60min. Learn tricks, transitions, & skills that will challenge your entire body. Get technical breakdowns, demos, spotting assistance and feedback of pole spins, climbs, inverts and combos all on the SPINNING POLE. ONE PERSON PER POLE…LIMIT 6 Participants. We will progress each individual based on their abilities. Prerequisite: Minimum of (8) PoleTRICKS classes and feel comfortable with basic spins and climbing the pole. Private Group Classes can be at any level and scheduled with a minimum of 4 people...Call for details.
FLY Classes - Mind & Body
Multi_Level. 60min. Defy Gravity and get some air in your yoga poses. Aerial Yoga will condition your entire body and allow you to build greater strength and flexibility unlike any other mind/body class. You will learn stretches, flying and core poses using the silk hammocks. ONE PERSON PER HAMMOCK…We will progress each individual based on their abilities.
Multi_Level. Introduction to basic fundamental aerial arts using aerial silks and Lyra! Improve your upper body, core and flexibility while having a great time and learning basic cirque skills.
Multi_Level. Introduction to basic fundamental aerial arts using aerial silks and Lyra customized just for the little ones! The AerialKIDS class will teach your child fun circus tricks from the ground up...basic gymnastics, use of various circus equipment such as hammocks, silk ribbons, lyra and more. As they build their skills we will start dividing age groups and putting together recital worthy routines. Open to ages 4 -12yrs. 4 & 5 year old must have parent stay in class.
Multi_Level. 60min. No more excuses that you don't know where your CORE is...ChairTRICKS on the Chair will give you a variety of fun and challenging exercises to tune into those abdominal and back muscles along with find control and grace in your movements in every direction. Pilates has many types of equipment to challenge your body and the Pilates Chair is an extremely functional tool to make your body move as a well oiled machine and prevent injury through active strength and stretching exercises. ONE PERSON PER Pilates CHAIR...we will progress each individual based on their abilities.
FLY Classes - Premium
Low Advanced - Advanced. 60min. Once you have mastered many beginner to high intermediate spins, climbs, inverts and combo tricks and are ready to attempt Suspension Inverts (Upside-down tricks on the pole with BOTH feet/legs OFF the pole) and advanced Combos then PoleTRICKS PRO is for you. The PRO class welcomes both Men & Women. If we do not have a PRO Class listed on the schedule we will open a class for 2 or more participants, otherwise you will need to schedule a private lesson. ONE PERSON PER POLE, LIMIT TO 5 PEOPLE. A PFR instructor & Owner must approve you for this class. How To Prepare - Airbrush Tan
It is ideal to get your airbrush tan the day before your event but the day of is possible if needed
Exfoliate your skin well before you come in, paying special attention to your hands, feet, elbows, knees and shins
Do NOT moisturize before your tan.
Women can go topless or nude if they choose but if you want to wear something for the tan any underwear from briefs to thongs
bras and bathing suits are fine....just know if it's covered it will not get tanned. Men MUST wear a bathing suit or boxers to be tanned.
You will remove all jewelry and pull your hair back off your freshly cleaned face and neck
Wear dark loose clothing to leave in after your tan and if possible leave
without a bra on since bras tend to rub and wear off our skin and we want the solution to have ample time to develop into a beautiful tan! Wear loose shoes or flip flops and remove as soon as possible during developing.
Our airbrush tans last 5 - 10days depending on how you prep your skin and care for your tan
