1 hr. Learn the fundamentals of pole fitness in this class with basic spins, dance moves, and transitions using the pole. Every class is different! In some classes we learn a short routine combining these types of moves (about 1:30 minutes long), and in others we focus on such things as spin technique. (Please avoid using lotion the day of class and leave all jewelry that can come in contact with the poles at home or in your bag so neither it nor the poles get damaged).
