Founded in 1984, the Harlan Estate is a wine growing estate located in the rugged western hills of Oakville. Bill Harlan's goal was to produce a "First Growth" Napa wine. Since then, the wines have consistently rated the highest scores. Robert Parker writes, "These wines possess the elements of greatness -individuality, power combined with elegance, extraordinary complexity, remarkable aging potential, compelling richness without ponderousness"

The Montefalco region in Umbria, is known primarily for the production of the Sangrantino grape, grown here for over 400 years. A delicious, white wine alternative, is the Grecante, a blend of Grechetto di Orvieto and Grechetto di Todi, both grown extensively in Umbria. This wine opens with delicate notes of white peach, honeysuckle and spice. Medium bodied with a fresh, pineapple character, the Grecante finishes with a hint of smoke and minerality. This wine will compliment our Sformatino, Seafood dishes and light pastas
The Bastianich winery was founded in 1997, dedicated to create wines that speak of terrior, while displaying remarkable power and balance. The Refosco grape is favored for its bold character, dark skinned color, acidity and structure. This balanced refosco shows red currant, wild berry and spiced plum flavors, finishing with well integrated tannins. Pair this red wine with our meat based pastas, polpettine and grilled meats
