Cycle Virgin (30 Minutes)
This is a 30 Minute version of a our Fitness standard. If you are brand new to cycling or a veteren rider who needs a refresher, then this class is for you! We'll offer special attention to each and every student in class, while focusing on drills, technique and most importantly, making sure you are set up on the bike correctly and comfortably.

Two segments, 20 minutes each. Body Sculpting-Core Training & classic Indoor Cycling. This is a 45 minute, total body workout.
