About Us
Tommy Soriano had a passion – cooking pansit the old fashioned way. Matched with wife Luisa’s business acumen, this couple opened Planet Pansit in October, 2008.
Tommy comes from a long line of excellent cooks. His mother, various uncles and aunts worked as professional cooks. Luisa on the other hand is a tireless businesswoman engaged in financial services. When a unit near her office became available, Luisa brought her husband Tommy and their children Olivier, Christian and Albert to the site and decided to grab the opportunity to open their first restaurant.
