Pizza Vinoteca is a modern take on an Italian classic featuring freshly grilled pizza and food-friendly wines. Our menu is grounded in simple grilled pizzas made with a whole-wheat, red wine-leavened dough and features unique combinations like the house-made spicy sausage with rapini, caramelized onions, and fennel; kale, handmade nduja meatballs, and tomato; and ricotta, fontina, and cow’s milk bleu cheese.
