Innovation is our priority. Utilizing fresh organic local ingredients to create savory dessert pizzas and sensational menu items, focusing on being totally unique and bold, using interesting combinations that have never been done before, as well as "over the top" presentations.
Our outdoor patio features a double sided wood burning pizza oven. This allows patrons to also enjoy the art form of championship pizza throwing – the kitchen staff is trained by the world champion himself: owner/partner Tony Gemignani.
