Open gym time is set up to give you the freedom to come into PFP to workout on your own. Come in to do the PFP Daily Workout, complete your own customized program, or to do your own thing. There will be a trainer or coach on site to answer any questions you may have during open gym.

New Mom Fitness
Starting your fitness routine after birth can be tough for several reasons. a. You may not know what you should or should not be doing b. Who can go to the gym when you have little one to watch after all day. Problem Solved!! Join our personal trainer Jill (a new mom herself) for a mommy and baby workout. All fitness levels welcome. We have a private room available for changing and feeding. Your baby can be as included in the workout as you want them to be, or if they are sleeping they can hang in their car seat next to you! The class will start at 12:00pm, the first 15 minutes will be spent getting settled in, feeding baby, changing baby, getting to know other moms. We then will spend 30 minutes doing effective and safe post partum exercises. The last 15 minutes will be spent the same as the first. Your first class is free! Tell your mom friends and come join us! The only thing we ask is that you be cleared from the doctor to exercise (~6 weeks post partum) Age Range 6wks to Pre-School. You are responsible for your own child, there is not childcare provided.
