No substitutions, please. Real natural oak-smoked BBQ has a pinkish to red color. If you are not accustomed to this color, then you are not accustomed to real oak-smoked BBQ. We smoke all of our fresh meat daily in our smokehouse. The meat is smoked slowly throughout the night to ensure juicy, tender meat, right off the pit.
