Man O' War IPA - ABV: 6.5%
It could be argued that our brewers are more than just a little obsessed with hops. This obsession led to the creation of our flagship IPA, Man O' War, an aggressively dry-hopped IPA with a huge hop display of tropical citrus, grapefruit, and resinous pine. A brew for those who truly love and appreciate all of the goodness that comes from those delicious little green cones. Is it excessive to use over 5lbs/bbl of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Azacca in each batch of Man O' War? We don't think so!
Bearded Seal, Dry Irish Stout - ABV: 5.5%
Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival (GABF), our Bearded Seal is 'must have' at our brewpub. Our director of brewing was the only person in his class at an Irish Catholic School growing up that had no Irish heritage in his bloodline. Despite that fact, St. Patrick's Day is still one of his favorite holidays. He loves jet black pints topped with creamy white heads, and gets a bit surly when people say stouts are only for cold weather. This Dry Irish Stout is a little bolder than the commercial example most people are familiar with and is filled with aromas and flavors of roasted coffee and dark chocolate balanced with a nice dry finish.
Old Beluga, Amber Ale - ABV: 5.8%
Our director of brewing, like so many other brewers, started his journey into craft beer as a homebrewer over 10 years ago, and one of the first beers he ever brewed on his stove was an Extra Special Bitter inspired by some of England's finest examples. In constructing the recipe for our Old Beluga Amber Ale he looked back on his notes from that first ESB he ever brewed, realized it probably wasn't as great of a beer as he thought it was at the time, and worked on a recipe that blended elements of the English-Style ESB with those of an American Amber. The result is a delightfully complex, malt-forward Amber Ale filled with aromas and flavors of cherry, nuttiness, and an earthy-herbal hop profile to balance it all out.
Nitro Seal, Dry Irish Stout - ABV: 5.5%
Everything you read about our Gold Medal-winning Bearded Seal in the paragraph right above this one is true for this beer as well. Our Brewmaster isn't Irish... at all, stouts are good in all weather, and jet black pints with creamy white heads are sexy and Dry Irish Stouts on nitro taste really really good. So, we offer up a version of our Bearded Seal on Nitro as well! All the delicious flavors of roasted coffee and dark chocolate remain the same while the nitrogenation adds a smooth creamy mouthfeel to this stout.
ATX Pale Ale - ABV: 5.5%
Available: Spring / Summer; ATX Pale Ale is our new-school American style pale ale brewed with Mosaic, Simcoe and Amarillo hops and a light body. This style of pale ale focuses on the flavor and aroma of the hop and finishes with a light balanced bitterness. Intense aromas of dank tropical fruit, peaches, stone fruit, and ripe pineapple notes are present throughout the flavor. The immense hop oil from the 4.5lbs/bbl used leave a delicious resinous hop oil character throughout the palate with a crisp finish.
Fully Adrift, Double IPA - ABV: 10.5%
Available: Fall / Winter. 2014 Alpha King runner up and Silver Medal at the 2015 LA International Beer Competition for the Double IPA Category! This is a dangerously drinkable combination of Dank, tropical, and resinous hops and more hops.
Best Coast IPA - ABV: 7.5%
Available: Summer / Fall. A beer inspired by the West Coast Style of IPA. Best Coast is a hop-forward IPA with an assertive bitterness from Simcoe Lupulin Powder, Amarillo and Citra hops, and getting double dry hopped with Lupulin Powder. The result is a delicious pale golden IPA filled with notes of pine, citrus, and dank balanced hops!
Available: Fall / Winter. The Jaguar Shark starts out life as The Admiral – Imperial Dry Irish Stout but is quickly sequestered into bourbon barrels for aging, yielding an amazingly complex beer. Features: a hint of bourbon on the nose, a little heat from the higher ABV, and the coffee and chocolate components from The Admiral combined with subtle hints of oak and vanilla for the barrels.
Available: Fall / Winter. We set aside a little of each batch of the Jaguar Shark to nitrogenate, producing a beer with a thick and creamy mouth feel yet all of the bite and complexity of the Jaguar Shark. Delicious!
Burro's Breakfast, Mexican Lager - ABV: 5.6%
Available: Summer. A craft Mexican Lager calling on the tradition of German influenced Mexican brewing, Burro's Breakfast adds an American craft twist, producing a refreshing lager with just a bit more punch at 5.6% ABV. Features: the characteristic corn sweetness in the nose, a light but full body, and a tart dry finish with just a touch of sweetness and a soft balanced bitterness. And, we're stoked to announce that Burro's Breakfast qualifies as a low-gluten beer!
Blind Jake, Porter - ABV: 6.5%
Available: Fall / Winter. Winner of a Bronze medal at the 2013 Great American Beer Festival (GABF), Blind Jake is a beautiful cross between a robust and brown porter. Features: rich chocolate malt notes and a pleasant herbal hop character. True story: Blind Jake was named after a bootlegger from the prohibition era that sold illegal hooch to a speakeasy owned by the grandfather of two of the owners of Pinthouse Pizza.
Sw'Elsinore, Canadian Lager - ABV: 5.9%
Available: Fall. A craft Canadian Lager, Sw'Elsinore pairs well with the start of hockey season, Fall afternoons on the patio with a growler, and sharing a hand tossed pepperoni pie with friends at Pinthouse Pizza. Features: brewed with a mix of North American 6-row and 2-row barley along with rice to keep the body light and refreshing.
The Dude, White Russian Imperial Milk Stout - ABV: 10.7%
Available: Winter. A White Russian Imperial Milk Stout, The Dude is a somewhat compromising, laid-back stout brewed with lactose and Tweed Coffee's Toddy Roast Coffee. Features: rich flavors of coffee, roast, and chocolate, which really tie the beer together, coupled with a rich and decadent mouth feel. Take comfort, The Dude imbibes.
Nitro Dude, White Russian Imperial Milk Stout - ABV: 10.7%
Available: Winter. A nitrogenated version of The Dude – White Russigan Imperial Milk Stout. Take comfort, The Dude imbibes.

The Pinthouse - Barrel Aged Series features small batch releases aged in bourbon barrels, rum barrels, or wine barrels, imparting flavors from both the root spirit as well as the wood oils. Some have asked, "WTF is Juice?" Our brew crew has the answer with the This Is Juice IPA! This Hazy IPA brewed with Mosaic Lupulin Powder, Ekuanot, Citra, and El Dorado hops, showcases passion fruit, citrus, and dank notes coupled with a soft mouthfeel. Initially brewed with our good friend Linsey Cornish, Head Brewer of Horse and Dragon Brewing Co. (Fort Collins, Colorado), this Imperial IPA is a Dragon Punch in a glass! We kept finding new places to add more flavor and aroma hops without adding bitterness and the result is an intense dank fruit-filled flavor and aroma profile that is a result of a combination of using Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic Whole Flower hops, Galaxy, Simcoe and Azacca pellet hops, and Simcoe and Mosaic Cryo Lupulin Powder.
