Pinthouse is happy to now offer Smart Flour gluten free crust. This delicious crust is made with their proprietary Smart Flour, a blend that includes the ancient grains sorghum, amaranth and teff. This blend gives their pizza crusts the taste and texture unlike any other gluten-free pizza crusts on the market. We make all of our pizzas in the same kitchen; and even as clean as we keep it, there may be glutens present. Therefore, we can't guarantee that pizzas made with this crust are absolutely gluten free.

Mainstays - Pinthouse Burnet
Man O' War IPA - ABV: 6.5%
It could be argued that our brewers are more than just a little obsessed with hops. This obsession led to the creation of our flagship IPA, Man O' War, an aggressively dry-hopped IPA with a huge hop display of tropical citrus, grapefruit, and resinous pine. A brew for those who truly love and appreciate all of the goodness that comes from those delicious little green cones. Is it excessive to use over 5lbs/bbl of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Azacca in each batch of Man O' War? We don't think so!
Bearded Seal, Dry Irish Stout - ABV: 5.5%
Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival (GABF), our Bearded Seal is 'must have' at our brewpub. Our director of brewing was the only person in his class at an Irish Catholic School growing up that had no Irish heritage in his bloodline. Despite that fact, St. Patrick's Day is still one of his favorite holidays. He loves jet black pints topped with creamy white heads, and gets a bit surly when people say stouts are only for cold weather. This Dry Irish Stout is a little bolder than the commercial example most people are familiar with and is filled with aromas and flavors of roasted coffee and dark chocolate balanced with a nice dry finish
Old Beluga, Amber Ale - ABV: 5.8%
Our director of brewing, like so many other brewers, started his journey into craft beer as a homebrewer over 10 years ago, and one of the first beers he ever brewed on his stove was an Extra Special Bitter inspired by some of England's finest examples. In constructing the recipe for our Old Beluga Amber Ale he looked back on his notes from that first ESB he ever brewed, realized it probably wasn't as great of a beer as he thought it was at the time, and worked on a recipe that blended elements of the English-Style ESB with those of an American Amber. The result is a delightfully complex, malt-forward Amber Ale filled with aromas and flavors of cherry, nuttiness, and an earthy-herbal hop profile to balance it all out
Nitro Seal, Dry Irish Stout - ABV: 5.5%
Everything you read about our Gold Medal-winning Bearded Seal in the paragraph right above this one is true for this beer as well. Our Brewmaster isn't Irish... at all, stouts are good in all weather, and jet black pints with creamy white heads are sexy and Dry Irish Stouts on nitro taste really really good. So, we offer up a version of our Bearded Seal on Nitro as well! All the delicious flavors of roasted coffee and dark chocolate remain the same while the nitrogenation adds a smooth creamy mouthfeel to this stout
Atx Pale Ale - ABV: 5.5%
Available: Spring / Summer; ATX Pale Ale is our new-school American style pale ale brewed with Mosaic, Simcoe and Amarillo hops and a light body. This style of pale ale focuses on the flavor and aroma of the hop and finishes with a light balanced bitterness. Intense aromas of dank tropical fruit, peaches, stone fruit, and ripe pineapple notes are present throughout the flavor. The immense hop oil from the 4.5lbs/bbl used leave a delicious resinous hop oil character throughout the palate with a crisp finish
Fully Adrift, Double IPA - ABV: 10.5%
Available: Fall / Winter. 2018 Alpha King Challenge winner, 2014 Alpha King runner up and Silver Medal at the 2015 LA International Beer Competition for the Double IPA Category! This is a dangerously drinkable combination of Dank, tropical, and resinous hops, and more hops
Best Coast IPA - ABV: 7.5%
Available: Summer / Fall. A beer inspired by the West Coast Style of IPA. Best Coast is a hop-forward IPA with an assertive bitterness from Simcoe Lupulin Powder, Amarillo and Citra hops, and getting double dry hopped with Lupulin Powder. The result is a delicious pale golden IPA filled with notes of pine, citrus, and dank balanced hops!
Available: Fall / Winter. The Jaguar Shark starts out life as The Admiral – Imperial Dry Irish Stout but is quickly sequestered into bourbon barrels for aging, yielding an amazingly complex beer. Features: a hint of bourbon on the nose, a little heat from the higher ABV, and the coffee and chocolate components from The Admiral combined with subtle hints of oak and vanilla for the barrels
Available: Fall / Winter. We set aside a little of each batch of the Jaguar Shark to nitrogenate, producing a beer with a thick and creamy mouth feel yet all of the bite and complexity of the Jaguar Shark. Delicious!
Burro's Breakfast, Mexican Lager - ABV: 5.6%
Available: Summer. A craft Mexican Lager calling on the tradition of German influenced Mexican brewing, Burro's Breakfast adds an American craft twist, producing a refreshing lager with just a bit more punch at 5.6% ABV. Features: the characteristic corn sweetness in the nose, a light but full body, and a tart dry finish with just a touch of sweetness and a soft balanced bitterness. And, we're stoked to announce that Burro's Breakfast qualifies as a low-gluten beer!
Blind Jake, Porter - ABV: 6.5%
Available: Fall / Winter. Winner of a Bronze medal at the 2013 Great American Beer Festival (GABF), Blind Jake is a beautiful cross between a robust and brown porter. Features: rich chocolate malt notes and a pleasant herbal hop character. True story: Blind Jake was named after a bootlegger from the prohibition era that sold illegal hooch to a speakeasy owned by the grandfather of two of the owners of Pinthouse Pizza
Sw' Elsinore, Canadian Lager - ABV: 5.9%
Available: Fall. A craft Canadian Lager, Sw'Elsinore pairs well with the start of hockey season, Fall afternoons on the patio with a growler, and sharing a hand tossed pepperoni pie with friends at Pinthouse Pizza. Features: brewed with a mix of North American 6-row and 2-row barley along with rice to keep the body light and refreshing
The Dude, White Russian Imperial Milk Stout - ABV: 10.7%
Available: Winter. A White Russian Imperial Milk Stout, The Dude is a somewhat compromising, laid-back stout brewed with lactose and Tweed Coffee's Toddy Roast Coffee. Date: November 9, 11:00 Am. Join us November 9th for our Silky Mittens Double IPA can release! We are stoked to have brewed this beer in collaboration with our Colorado friends at Odell Brewing Co. Cans go on sale at 11AM and start at $22 per 4-pack. More information regarding the beer will be announced as the event approaches. Come join the party and enjoy this collaboration with some of our oldest friends in the craft beer community! Did you know Odell is celebrating their 30th Anniversary? Doug Odell and his wife Wynne opened up Odell brewing in 1989 after joining forces with Doug's sister, Corkie, in Fort Collins, Colorado. The brewery is now the 23rd largest craft brewery in the country distributing beer to just 19 states. While the brewery crafts a variety of beers, its roots are built on British styles. Innovation and creativity meet balance, consistency and quality in each brew. If you didn't know, our Director of Brewing, Joe Mohrfeld, worked at Odell up until he helped open up Pinthouse Pizza back in 2012! Date: November 23, 11:00 Am. Join us Saturday, November 23rd at 11AM, as we host the highly anticipated 2019 Bottle Release of our award-winning Jaguar Shark Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. We are going to do the seemingly impossible and surpass the festivities of last year! How is that possible? This year's release not only includes the 2019 version of Jaguar Shark, it also features four additional very exciting variations of Jaguar Shark that will be available in bottles! Buckle up, it is going to be an insane lineup. The 2019 Lineup includes: aguar Shark 2019 – 10.5% ABV: Our Imperial Stout aged in both Buffalo Trace and Wild Turkey barrels for 10 months. This year's blend is the most unique and exciting yet! Taking inspiration from various collaborations we have done over the past three years, this year's is filled with rich notes of bakers' chocolate, bourbon, coconut, vanilla, and dates. nchantment Under The Sea – 10.5% ABV: Our 2019 Jaguar Shark Imperial Stout with Vanilla and Coffee added. Spicy Nightmare – 10.5% ABV: Our 2019 Jaguar Shark Imperial Stout with Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Ancho Chiles. Breakfast at Klaus' – 10.5% ABV: Our 2019 Jaguar Shark Imperial Stout with Maple, Cinnamon, and Blueberries. Date: November 27, 11:00 Am. Join us Wednesday, November 27th, for the can release of our brand-new Fog Runner Double IPA – 9% ABV! Fog Runner continues our interest of evolution and innovation of our IPA program. Our brew team focused on creating a vastly tropical IPA with immense usage of Australian Galaxy hops the wild fruit and citrus laden Comet hops from Crosby Hop Farm, and the tropical cocktail of flavors we love from Black Star Ranch Citra hops. Grab yourself a glass of this hazy DIPA and see what our brewers are so stoked about. We will have 4-packs available at $22, with a 1 case limit per person.
