Our 'Off the Map Pie' for the month of October, is our festively delicious, Oktoberfest pizza, starting with our handmade mustard base, and topped with our house cheese blend, local artisan pepperwurst sausage from Smokey Denmark, caramelized onions, sauerkraut, and our Pinthouse herb blend. Pair it with our Joe's Magical Pils and enjoy, prost! Our Off the Map Pie rotates every month, exploring new combinations and fun ingredients that are non-traditional. We take inspiration from everywhere, so if you've got an idea, hit us up. The wackier, the better!
We've added a new salad to our menu! Featuring fresh arugula, roasted cauliflower, golden raisins, candied pecans, grated Parmesan, and dressed with olive oil and lemon, the Sundance Salad is a delicious combination of salty, sweet, tart, and nutty flavors. Enjoy!
Gluten Free Crust
Pinthouse is happy to now offer Smart Flour gluten free crust. This delicious crust is made with their proprietary Smart Flour, a blend that includes the ancient grains sorghum, amaranth and teff. This blend gives their pizza crusts the taste and texture unlike any other gluten-free pizza crusts on the market. We make all of our pizzas in the same kitchen; and even as clean as we keep it, there may be glutens present. Therefore, we can't guarantee that pizzas made with this crust are absolutely gluten free.

Brewed with some of our favorite new hop varieties from our favorite hop farmers - Citra, Simcoe, Chinook, Ekuanot, Azacca, and Galaxy. Electric Jellyfish is filled with a bright tropical citrus character along with notes of orange, mango, lychee, and a floral backbone. Blind Jake, Porter ABV: 6.5%
Available: Fall / Winter. Winner of a Bronze medal at the 2013 Great American Beer Festival (GABF), Blind Jake is a beautiful cross between a robust and brown porter. Features: rich chocolate malt notes and a pleasant herbal hop character. True story: Blind Jake was named after a bootlegger from the prohibition era that sold illegal hooch to a speakeasy owned by the grandfather of two of the owners of Pinthouse Pizza

Available: Summer. A traditional Belgian Saison brewed in our open top fermenter to highlight the complex notes produced by the White Labs 565 Saison Yeast Strain. Its complex yeast esters lend notes of rustic, pepper, and sweet fruit to this old world ale

Available: Summer / Fall. The magical lovechild of Belgian tradition and American ingenuity is brewed in our open-top fermenter with sweet orange peel and coriander. Lil' Sebastian's nose is filled with sweet orange, rustic grain, peppery and fruity berries, followed with mild dry estery mouthfeel and an extremely clean finish
Barrel Aged Series
The Pinthouse - Barrel Aged Series features small batch releases aged in bourbon barrels, rum barrels, or wine barrels, imparting flavors from both the root spirit as well as the wood oils. The Barrel Aged Series tends to produce some of the biggest, boldest, and most complex beers in the Pinthouse lineup. Island Kitty Pkipa - 6.5% ABV
We first brewed Island Kitty IPA, a Painkiller-inspired Northeastern IPA last year in honor of Ryan "The Island Cat" Van Biene's (a PHP owner) Birthday. A little background, a Painkiller, is a rum cocktail that originated at the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands. This beer is brewed with Amarillo, Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Huell Melon hops, along with pineapple, blood orange, coconut, and nutmeg. The result is a truly tropical IPA, with a full body, some underlying hop character, and it basks in the notes of juicy pineapple, tropical fruit, coconut, and nutmeg! This dank brew returns with a seasonal hop update, brewed with whole cone Chinook! When brewing the Road to Nowhere Double IPA, we utilized every available vessel in the brewery to delicately lower the temperature of the wort to ensure the smoothest and most aromatic beer possible.
