You'll learn the building blocks necessary to perform dazzling maneuvers while suspended in the air, using a hoop apparatus and a strong body as your only means of support. You'll learn how move like a tigress as you cross the dance floor and climb up the pole. The intimate and supportive environment ensures that women of all shapes, sizes and races will feel comfortable getting down and grooving together. All pole classes begin with a warm up to prepare your body for movement, followed by forty minutes of hands-on instruction. You'll follow along with the instructor, and finally finish it off with a cool down. PinkPoleParty is a philanthropic organization that donates its proceeds to charities that support a cure for breast cancer such as American Cancer Society, Making Strides Campaign and other honorable organizations working to find the cure to Breast Cancer.
