Pinecrest Bakery is a 24 hour Cuban-American bakery chain in South Florida committed to bringing family tradition to Miami. Join us for authentic Miami flavor and a "bite into tradition." #THINKPB This Pinecrest location is 8th store to open, and is the central dessert and bread production department, cranking out hundreds of desserts day. All specialty fondant cakes are made here with a live cake production booth for visitors to watch, and is a hotspot for police officers in the area. PB has continued expanding, and is now bringing "Miami-fusion" cuisine featuring Cuban-Spanish-Italian dishes and handcraft cocktails at select Restauranté & Bar locations, as well as burgers, bowls, pizza and beer at PB Joint and Pinecrest Pizzerias.
