The Pilates Method of exercise became a natural extension of the founder's desire to share her love of wellness and movement. We offer state of the art equipment in a relaxing and fun environment with instructors who are committed to quality instruction. It is our mission to help others make positive changes in their bodies. Due to our experience, continuing education, and self practice, our instructors are able work with a wide spectrum of people with varying health and fitness levels. We offer private, semi-private and small group sessions.
