Our Pilates programs include mat and equipment classes specifically created for all fitness levels and all ages.
All of our instructors are fully certified in the DK Body Balancing Method, created by the founder and owner of Pilates by Dolly, Dolly Kelepecz. The DK Body Balancing Method is recognized both Nationally and Internationally, with Studios in Mexico, Japan and Korea.
