A hardwood smoker on property is always stoked with hickory and Minnesota apple wood from the surrounding hills and bluffs. Prime Rib, Baby Back Ribs, Pork Chops, Salmon and Chicken are a few of the menu entrees that are smoked to perfection.
With the menu changing seasonally, Ahi Tuna, Blue Marlin, Center Cut Steaks, Jumbo Tiger Shrimp, Sea Scallops, Lamb Chops, Duck Breast, Pork Tenderloin and Acorn Squash comprise the rest of the entree offerings. In addition we feature homemade soups, salads, appetizers and fabulous desserts, for a truly unique dining experience.
