About Us
Our world-class food is not what a typical “banquet hall” serves. We cook our food to order just as if you were in a restaurant. Our executive chef James McDonald with over 25 years of experience and a skill set spanning the globe with the rest of our experienced kitchen staff can accommodate any request you might have. We have had people arrive up to 2 ½ hours late and still had comments about how superb the food was. Our seasoned waitstaff and bartenders are friendly and provide the utmost in service. We have heard from almost all of our customers about how accommodating we are. Part of that is the staff and part of that is the low-key approach that Mr. Gioutsos takes.
