Our world-class food is not what a typical “banquet hall” serves. We cook our food to order just as if you were in a restaurant. Our executive chef James McDonald with over 25 years of experience and a skill set spanning the globe with the rest of our experienced kitchen staff can accommodate any request you might have. We have had people arrive up to 2 ½ hours late and still had comments about how superb the food was. Our seasoned waitstaff and bartenders are friendly and provide the utmost in service.
