This program is designed by Physiques personal trainers to give participants both a cardiovascular
and strengthening workout in less than one hour. Rather than fixed equipment that lacks functionality or core stabilization, Physiques team training utilizes kettlebells, medicine balls, ropes, and resistance bands. By getting off of machines and using your body to its maximum potential, participants will burn more and tone more. Kettlebells can be used in an endless variety of different strengthening moves. Swings, squats, and deadlifts are just a few of the moves participants will learn how to execute with the kettlebell. The ropes are fast way to seriously get the heart pumping, core engaged, and arms on fire. Using our specialized equipment and the knowledge of a personal trainer, team members will experience several ways to train thier muscles to move with strength, agility, and endurance.

Cardiac rehab is defined as a comprehensive, long-term service involving medical evaluation, prescribed exercise, cardiac risk factor modification, and education. The program offers monitored exercise and serves as a tool for a faster, safer, and more efficient return to a healthy, more productive lifestyle. Your hard work in cardiac rehab will have lifetime benefits. Cardiac rehab consists of thirty-six sessions, lasting one hour per session for twelve weeks, three days a week.

Cardiac rehab is an individually tailored program based on one's particular needs. The two major components of cardiac rehab are exercise training and education.Outpatient Cardiac Rehab is generally started soon after hospital discharge, but may be started up to one year after cardiac incidence. Their physician refers participants to the program. Upon entry into the program, the participant must have a low-level exercise (treadmill) test. The exercise test will assist the staff in personalizing an exercise program to meet specific needs. This will insure the staff that a participant can tolerate a certain level of exercise without complications. Most insurances and Medicare cover monitored Cardiac Rehab.
For those who are not covered by insurance Cardiac Rehab offers a wellness program. Wellness programs include supervised sessions with pulse monitoring. Absolutely anyone interested in improving his or her health can enroll in this program.
