Jale Tweedy is the founder of Petite Pea Catering & Fine Foods. She came to Tucson in 1994 from Turkey, where food and hospitality are essential elements of the culture.When Jale arrived in the Southwest she was amazed and delighted to discover whole new worlds of flavors and cuisine. While attending culinary school and earning a degree in Dietetics from the University of Arizona, her passion for fine foods flourished.
It is this passion that Jale continues to draw on as a caterer of original and distinctive dishes, always served fresh and with a flare. With any style of cooking, she observes the traditions, then follows her own instincts to introduce tantalizing creations that make any event a memorable affair.
