Pestos’ doors were first opened in Valparaiso, Indiana in 1993 by JoAnn Swigon and her late parents: Frank and Betty. Enjoying immediate success and needing a bigger space, we opened at our current location in November of 1999. Our restaurant is owned and operated by JoAnn Swigon and her son, Art Georgion Jr. Drawing on traditional Italian favorites, as well as offering up delectable signature dishes, Pestos has truly become a regional favorite!
