First of all, let me introduce you to Mary, my mother. Mary (or mom to me) has been running the place for as long as when we were open, which was back in 1989. She represents what our restaurant has been known to offer to our guests: quality food, traditional flavors, and the warmth and friendliness of our staff as you would receive in Thailand. Secondly, I'd like to talk a little about the kind of Thai food that we serve. Thai food is a cuisine of exotic spices and intense and wonderful hot-sour-sweet flavors. Lemon grass, Kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and curries, to name a few, contribute to this savory and healthy food of our restaurant. We are proud to be the place preferred by Thai people when they dine out. Every menu item is made to order with the best and freshest ingredients.
