Our sauce Pomodoro (similar to a Marinara but more texture in flavors) is made from 50 percent California tomatoes and 50 percent tomatoes from the famous San Marzano region which grow just outside of Naples. The sauce is slow cooked for three hours. Our meat sauce is made from hand cut Brisket and also with the ratio of tomatoes but is slow cookd for at least 5 hours where the brisket is so tender, and each piece of our famous Lamb Ossa Bucco is studded with fresh cloves of Garlic.
