Arrival
We suggest that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow you ample time to sign in and relax in our lounge area, prior to your service
Cancellation / Rescheduling
Your spa and salon time is held exclusively for you and your provider. For this reason we respectfully ask that you give a minimum of 5 hours advance notice in order to prevent your account from being charged. Less than 5 hours, 50% charge is billed
Attire
A robe, slippers and day locker will be provided for you upon arrival. Disrobe to the level of your comfort. Please bring your swimsuit if you want to enjoy our Vichy shower and Hamam Turkish bath
Health Considerations
Please advise our staff if you are pregnant, recovering from recent surgery or have any existing medical concerns
Age Requirements
Facial services are available for guests 16 years and older and all other spa facilities and services are offered to our guests 18 years and older
Shaving
Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatments or hair removal services. We do, however, recommend that men please shave two hours prior to their scheduled facial treatment
Valuables
Our recommendation is not to bring valuables to the spa. The spa is not responsible for damage or loss of your personal belongings
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. Members may charge services to their spa account. A credit card is required to schedule a spa or salon appointment
Service Charges
For your convenience, an 18% service charge will be automatically charged to your bill. Additional gratuities are appreciated but not expected
Cell Phones
In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and other electronic devices before entering the spa
