The heart and soul of pasta Vino was given to us by the many immigrants who brought their culture to America from Italy. In the early nineteen hundreds, families who had settled in the five boroughs of New York City and elsewhere, created a new experience... the Italian-American experience. Early Sunday dinners gave birth to a slightly modified cuisine, shaped by necessity, availability and a hectic lifestyle. This new cuisine, Italian-American cuisine, though not exactly the same as in Italy; was, and is, equally rich in taste and heritage. We’d like to share our experience with families from all over the world. At the same time we’d like to revisit memories close to the heart.
