About Us
Park Central Tavern opened in 2009 in the tight-knit Hamden neighborhood of Spring Glen as an independently owned and operated eatery offering classic American tavern fare. Perched between Park and Central Ave, the Tavern serves as a place for great weeknight eats with a personal touch as well as hosts large special occasions of all sizes. With the addition of Executive Chef Thomas Schultz, Park Central Tavern will quickly become your favorite restaurant!
