Excellent service which is professional and friendly, soothing decor and food that is a treat to the palate make for an overall wonderful experience.” NONE of our farmers use antibiotics or growth hormones, all our farmers treat their animals with a kind heart and respect. Our beef products are from small farms and the cattle is raised on a diet of natural grains and grass from the land. Our chicken is raised locally at GourmAvian Farms and is an incredible Italian heritage breed. Our pork is raised locally by Charlie Rowland and really is something spectacular. Our lamb is raised by Peter Sepe at Sepe Farms, there really is no better lamb anywhere, period. our produce comes locally whenever possible (it does get hard to get local produce with CT’s winter weather). Some produce even comes from our gardens we grow at home! The eggs we use always come from local farms, the flavor and nutritional value cannot be beat
