Located in the heart of historic Beacon Hill, Panificio Bistro and
Bakery has been a local neighborhood favorite for over 15 years.At Panificio, we believe in ‘local flavor’ and strive to offer you asmany choices as possible that include native ingredients. We purchase most of our produce from Massachusetts farms when in
season and also rely on a network of other local companies to
supply us, from our Spindrift soda which is made in Charlestown to our lobsters which are caught right off the coast of Manchester.We also make nearly everything in-house, from the low-fat breakfast sausage and lean corned beef, to the crunchy dill pickles and tangy Sauerkraut. Our breads, pastries and most of our desserts are also baked daily on premise, and we even send our own manager out to help catch the lobsters that we use in our famous Lobster Rolls.
