Not only has the Pantry become a Nashville tradition, it has become a family one as well. I began learning the ropes in the kitchen when I was ten years old and, at one time or another, my siblings, nieces and nephews have joined us. Now I have two daughters, Taylor and Lisa, who I hope will help in continuing the tradition.I’m often asked about our ingredients. I make several runs a year to the hills of East Tennessee to retrieve our specialty ground flours and they, along with our syrups, are prepared fresh each day from top secret recipes.
